Pease Construction contracted with Metro Parks Tacoma in April 2021 to renovate the WW Seymour Botanical Conservatory. The 100 year old conservatory at Wright Park is home to more than 250 species of tropical plants. The main purpose of the renovation is provide structural and seismic upgrades to the extend the life of the building for years into the future. Upgrades also include new heating, plumbing, electrical systems, and new interior walls.
