Agriplex & Arena
Agriplex & Arena
Pease Construction was contracted with the Washington State Fair in November 2015 to construct the new Agriplex & Arena. The project included the construction of a 25,000 square foot multi-use facility and 12,000 square foot arena space allowing fair officials to rent out the facility for events year round.
The new facility replaced the Evergreen Hall that burned down in April 2014, which was one of the oldest buildings at the fairgrounds. Pease Construction worked with Fair officials to quickly build the Agriplex and the Arena. The Agriplex serves as an animal barn to support agriculture education during the fall fair, it showcases an eight station milking parlor, exhibitor area and offices, and it includes fire alarm and climate controls systems. The Arena is used to show animals during the fair.
