Pease Construction was contracted with White River High School District No. 416 in March 2017. The project included the construction of a new Grandstand with approximately 1,400 seats, a free standing ticket booth, concession space, storage, restrooms, and team and training rooms. The structural system for Grandstand was designed steel columns, beams and roof joists, metal roof, and metal stud framing. The secondary building below the grandstands was constructed with load bearing CMU wall, metal deck, and single ply roofing system. The ticket booth was constructed with load bearing CMU walls and the roof supports are glulam beams.
