In May of 2019 Pease Construction contracted with Franklin Pierce School District No. 42 for the New Collins Elementary School project in Tacoma, Washington. The scope of work includes the complete construction of a new two story elementary school and related sitework. Construction Type V-B with complete electrical and mechanical systems, and fully sprinklered. It also includes site and utility improvements, and onsite septic system, and landscaping and irrigation.
