Health & Wellness Center Renovation & Addition

In November of 2018 Pease Construction contracted with the Washington State Department of Enterprises Services, South Puget Sound Community College for the Health and Wellness Center Renovation and Addition in Olympia, Washington.

The scope of work includes renovation of the gym and locker room building (Building 31), demolishing the existing Building 33 and construction of a building addition on the south side of Building 31. The building improvements consist of approximately 21,000 square feet of renovated space and approximately 18,400 square feet of new additions. Other site improvements include a new pedestrian plaza and a covered walkway.
