In January of 2024 Pease Construction contracted with Metro Parks Tacoma to remodel the Spa Exhibit at Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium. The project consists of installing new wallpaper, tile, bamboo fencing and furnishing the existing lagoon tanks with decorative coral and plants.
