Tacoma Public Utilities Administrative Building

In October of 2025 Pease Construction partnered with the City of Tacoma to install a new entry system at the Tacoma Public Utilities administrative building. This project includes demolition of the existing storefront, installation of new automatic sliding doors as well as a revolving door. Additionally, Pease Construction will remove and replace the existing atrium glass curtain wall.
