Olympic Heritage Behavioral Health Facility Modernization

In March 2026 Pease Construction partnered with the Department of Social and Health Services to renovate and modify select areas of the existing building, improving both accessibility and the overall flow of the space. The upgrades include new steel canopies at outdoor gathering areas, detailed glass enclosures, and the replacement of existing mechanical units throughout the building. These improvements are designed to create a more functional, accessible, and welcoming environment for everyone who uses the facility.
