B&G Maintenance Facility

In October of 2025 Pease Construction partnered with the State of Washington Dept. of Enterprise Services to demolish the existing building which will be replaced with an improved maintenance facility. The new facility will include multiple office spaces of various sizes, a 1000+ sf mechanic workshop, carports, and additional storage areas around the perimeter.
